The AR36 Arctic Rack is designed to store samples safely on the lab bench without sample degradation due to temperature increase or fluctuation. Constructed of DuraStar (a high strength polymer) and a patented gel refrigerant. Simply place the Arctic Rack in a freezer overnight and it’s ready for use, keeping samples cool and safe at the bench, without messy ice buckets or wet tubes.

One side of the Arctic Rack can be used as a convenient PCR workstation with wells for 12 standard 1.5/2.0ml microtubes and one 96 well PCR plate or 0.2ml tubes/strips. The other side can be used to hold 36 standard 1.5/2.0ml microtubes.

The noise reduction enclosure fits around the Bullet Blender^®, protecting it from dirt and reducing their noise to approximately that of a household dishwasher, enabling conversations at normal volumes.  Attached cooling fan prevents the accumulation of heat inside the enclosure.  10 inches wide by 13 inches high by 14 inches deep. Fits all BBX models of the Bullet Blender^®.

This refrigerated enclosure reduces noise from the Bullet Blender^® and also provides active refrigeration to keep samples cool. The thermoelectric cooling is environmentally friendly and never requires recharging. Cools down to 54ºF (12ºC). Features a double-paned glass front, integrated Bullet Blender^® power supply, internal LED lighting, digital temperature display, and touchscreen controls. 16 inches wide by 21.5 inches high by 20 inches deep. Fits BBX and BBY Bullet Blender^® models.
