Bullet Blender

The Bullet Blender is a powerful bead mill style tissue homogenizer designed for use in a laboratory. There are models able to process microscopic samples and others for samples as large as 3.5 grams. Samples can be processed in microcentrifuge tubes, 5 mL tubes or 50 mL tubes.

Easy to use and versatile, these instruments will allow for extraction of RNA, DNA, proteins and other molecules often locked into tissue or cells. Special applications include release of viable bacteria, cells and intact organelles for analysis, culturing or bioburden assays and generation of nanoparticles, emulsions or other micro encapsulating technology.
