RoboRocker 212 All-Purpose (Standard)

Programmable rocker designed for microfluidic organoid and 3D cell culture. Safe for use in CO₂ incubators. Touch screen user interface.
Software features: same as RoboRocker 210 such as programmable speeds, angles, and hold times, plus:

• Asymmetric rocking – the travel speed, angle and hold time in one direction can be different from travel in the opposite direction.
  • For example, travel to 10 degrees and hold for 12 minutes in the forward direction, then travel to -30 degrees (in opposite direction) and hold for 4 minutes.
• Store up to 3 programs.
• Each rocking cycle can have up to 4 tilt angles.
  • For an example or 3 tilt angles:  travel quickly to 10 degrees, hold for 5 minutes, then travel to 20 degrees, hold for 4 more minutes, then travel to -20 degrees (reverse tilt angle) and hold for 6.5 minutes.
• Extreme slow motion feature.
  • For example, travel to 10 degrees at regular speed, then very slowly travel to 15 degrees over the course of 20 minutes to compensate for decreasing liquid level in culture medium reservoir to maintain approximately constant flow rate in the first direction, then travel to -10 degrees (reverse tilt angle) and then very slowly travel to -15 degrees over the course of 20 minutes, to maintain relatively constant flow rate in the other direction.

Select a platform or a rack:

• Platforms have a removable docking bar (plate alignment bar).
• Racks securely hold plates and come in 2 and 4 level options. Most culture plates are designed for rocking along the length of the plate. For those that need to rock across the width of the plate, select a forward facing rack.
