Stainless Steel Beads – 3.2 mm diameter
3.2 mm (1/8 inch) stainless steel lysis beads (density is 7.9 g/cc) in a 1 lb. (0.45 kg) package. Recommended for the homogenization of most soft or tough samples. These beads are often also used for creating single cell suspensions from tissue or releasing viable bacteria from samples.
