Using the Checkit - It Doesn't Get Any Easier!
STEP 1: FILL IT (First time: get/load labware definition)
Fill tip with dye
STEP 2: DISPENSE IT
Dispense dye into well
STEP 3: FLIP IT
Flip up well tab with finger or robot
STEP 4: CHECK IT & GO!
Read the level of dye (while on the robot deck)
